This page describes information handled by DayQuest’s current support, enquiry, account and analytics flows.

The support form collects your name, email address and message. DayQuest saves the message for support.

An experience enquiry collects your name, email address and message. The form requires your explicit agreement to share these details with the named operator before it can be sent.

DayQuest saves the enquiry with the consent record and its delivery status, then sends the enquiry to that operator by email.

If you are signed in when you send an enquiry or access question, it is linked to your account and its submitted message appears in My account activity. Anonymous requests remain available to the operator but are not linked to an account.

When you follow a tracked operator link, DayQuest can record which listing you clicked before redirecting you to the operator’s website.

Registration and sign-in use an email address and password. Registration includes an email verification message. The profile screen shows the account name and email address.

Signed-in customers can create private named adventure collections and choose to save completed Adventure Finder preferences. Collections, saved searches and requests linked to the account are visible on the account activity page.

When you sign in, the app uses a session cookie. Session records can include the IP address and browser user-agent associated with the session.

If the analytics beacon is enabled for the deployed app, a page load stores a browser-generated visitor ID in this browser’s local storage and sends a page-load beacon to Polsia analytics.
